4 Registration & Accounts

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the idcoin188 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all funds, including any winnings.

When registering an Account, you agree to:

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

idcoin188 supports a comprehensive range of Malaysian payment methods to facilitate Account funding and withdrawal of winnings. All Account balances are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include:

6 Bonuses & Promotions

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (typically between 10x and 30x the bonus amount) before any withdrawal can be processed. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Maximum Bet: While bonus funds remain active, the maximum permitted bet per round or transaction is typically capped at MYR 250–500. Placing bets above this cap while using bonus funds may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games such as Baccarat, Roulette, and Blackjack may contribute between 10% and 20%. The contribution rate is specified per promotion.

7 Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. Confirmed bets cannot be amended, cancelled, or reversed except as explicitly permitted by the applicable game rules or by idcoin188 at its sole discretion.

• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting to engage in money laundering or any other financial crime using the Platform;

• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such exploitation must be reported to idcoin188 immediately and any winnings derived from exploitation will be voided;

idcoin188 employs monitoring tools to detect prohibited conduct. Detection will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.

9 Know Your Customer (KYC) & Identity Verification

12 Termination & Account Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting idcoin188's customer support team via live chat. Upon Account closure, any remaining Real Funds balance (after deduction of outstanding fees or charges, if applicable) will be returned to you via your last used verified payment method. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

idcoin188 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, without prior notice, where:

• There is a breach or suspected breach of these Terms;
• A legal, regulatory, or compliance obligation requires account action;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity is detected or reasonably suspected;
• An Account has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.

In the event of Account closure due to a breach of these Terms, idcoin188 reserves the right to withhold all Account balances, including Real Funds, pending investigation and resolution of the underlying matter.

13 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute relating to your Account, any wager, or these Terms, you are encouraged to first contact idcoin188's customer support team via live chat or email. The support team will endeavour to resolve the matter within five (5) business days of receiving full details of the complaint.

If a dispute remains unresolved through the internal process, idcoin188 will refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution mechanism as designated under its international gaming licence framework. The decision of such an independent adjudicator shall be binding on both parties.

During the pendency of any dispute, idcoin188 may apply a temporary hold on the Account or the disputed funds. Such a hold does not constitute a suspension for the purposes of Section 12 of these Terms.

14 Amendments to These Terms

The current version of these Terms, displaying the most recent "Last Updated" date, supersedes all prior versions and constitutes the complete agreement between you and idcoin188 with respect to your use of the Platform.

15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitral tribunals as designated under the applicable licensing framework.
